Here is how to enrol your child at Pfadfinder.
Step 1: Youth Application Form
After you’ve decided to enrol your child or youth, then click the red button below and fill in an online Scouts ACT Youth Application form. From the list of scout groups, choose German Australian Pfadfinder.
Step 2: WWVP card for Parent(s) if you will be joining in the fun!
Parents who plan to come along to camps, events or regularly attend the sessions with their child: You’ll need to apply for a free Working With Vulnerable People (WWVP) card. Everyone is encouraged to join in the fun and help out on our parent roster, and having your WWVP card gets you ready for action. Your kids will love you for it!

Under ‘what regulated activity do you intend to engage in?’, tick clubs, associations and movements.
Step 3: Pay your Fees
Once you’ve done that, read up on the costs and involvement and then pay your fees.
Step 4: Join the Appropriate Email and Whatsapp groups
Ask your pfadfinder.group.leader@spielwelt.org.au to add you to the Pfadfinder email group for your section.
Ask your child’s Leader to add you to the Family WhatsApp group for your section.
Step 5: Create a care profile in Consent2Go
Within two weeks of completing step 1, you should receive an email inviting you to create a care profile in Consent2Go for your child. Consent2Go is the software we use to send families info about our activities and gain parental permission. Consent2Go is how families provide their emergency contact details and child’s important health information to our leaders so that we can properly care for your child while they are with us.
Step 6: Spass, Spass, Spass!
After that first bit of paperwork is out of the way, we absolutely promise to keep the formalities to a bare minimum, and the fun cranked up to maximum!
Step 7: Decide on your level of parent involvement
